Ms. Hau accidentally fell because of the turbulence of the cruise ship when she was in Pattaya Thailand on 29th May 2016. She was sent to a local hospital immediately and diagnosed as a T12 fracture with 40% degree compression. After a brief treatment, Ms. Hau hope to return to Xi'an, China for further treatment and rehabilitation. Considering that Ms. Hau's physical condition is unable to take the ordinary seat for a long trip, SRA carefully arranged a commercial stretcher so that Ms. Hau would lie down on the plane and her whole process was equipped with a professional medical team. Ms. Hau safely arrived at a Xi'an hospital on 8th June 2016 and she expressed her gratitude and appreciation for our thoughtful service.
Ms. Lui fainted on the ground due to altitude sickness during a trip to Mount Fuji in Japan and caused brain damage on 19th May 2016. She has been in a coma and considering Ms. Lui's old age, her family eagerly hope to transport her back to China. Our professional medical team studied her medical report, communicated with the treating doctor and they all judged that the repatriation would be extremely risky. In order to protect her life, SRA patiently explained the risks in detail to the family and postpone the plan till Ms. Lui’s situation is stable. The family accepted our advice and stay in local hospital for more treatment. After the treatment was completed, we arranged a commercial stretcher repatriation with professional medical team escorted on 15th June 2016 and Ms. Lui was safely transferred back to Guangzhou, China.
