Case of Repatriation of Mortal Remains
Mr. Lai drowned while swimming in the Red Sea in Egypt on 23rd May 2016 and his family requested SRA to do the mortal remains repatriation. According to the situation,we quickly formulated a repatriation plan.In Egypt,we arranged corpse embalming,coffin packaging services for the deceased,established a repatriation route and quickly handled customs clearance procedures at the airport. At the same time, SRA handled domestic customs clearance, handover and repatriation procedures. Since the family do not understand the process and the local language is not communicated, we specially arranged personnel to accompany the family to China embassy to go through the relevant procedures. With bad luck the family didn’t bring enough cash and SRA also provided them medical expense guarantee service to pass through the difficulty. After completing the neccessary procedures, the family returned to China ahead of time and entrusted the rest of the repatriation work to SRA. We successfully transferred the mortal remains back to a funeral home in Hebei Province,China on 9th June 2016.
Case of Repatriation of Ashes
Mr.Chui died of multiple organ failure in Taiwan on 15th April 2015. After receiving the case, SRA immediately called the travel agency and family to get more detail information. We booked the ticket and also prepared a plan of ash or mortal remains repatriation for the family to choose.They finally chose ashes with deeply consideration. SRA quickly contacted the local funeral home to arrange cremation and booked a return ticket for the family. They safely back to residence with ashes on 24th April 2015.
Case of Medical Expense Cashless/Guarantee
